HEADS OF DEPARTMENTS & DIRECTORATES, GENERAL MANAGERS,
HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGERS
We are excited to announce the 2026 ALARDI Africa Senior Executive Leadership Summit, taking place September 14th –18th, in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
This year’s theme – Sustainability, Accountability, & Performance (SAP): Leadership Agility in the Era of Disruption – reflects our collective mission to strengthen executive leadership and chart a bold, principled path for sustainable leadership.
Leadership agility in an era of disruption means leaders must be flexible, adaptable, and resilient, shifting from traditional command-and-control to empowering teams, fostering innovation, and making quick, informed decisions amidst constant uncertainty and rapid change, viewing challenges as opportunities for growth rather than threats. Key practices involve building a culture of trust, continuous learning, and psychological safety, enabling organizations to pivot quickly, experiment, and thrive in volatile environments.
In an era defined by rapid change, evolving workforce needs, and emerging technologies, our senior leaders stand at the forefront, ensuring the corporate enterprise remains accountable, agile, innovative, and mission-driven. The ALARDI Africa Leadership Summit will bring together public and private sector executives, thought leaders, and strategic partners to share insights, exchange strategies, and build and sustain the leadership capacity needed for a resilient, high-performing workforce.
