  • Techniques for defining the job and writing a job description
  • Tools and techniques for defining and writing success factors of a job role
  • Exploring internal and external recruitment sources
  • Techniques for writing attractive job Advertisements
  • Recognising the importance of a talent pipeline in recruitment

 

Day 3. Testing and Pre-Interview Assessment

  • Discovering shortlisting techniques used to save time and avoid bias
  • Techniques for conducting occupational and ability testing
  • Analysing the impact of mental illness on recruitment
  • Steps of developing and using a personality profile in recruitment
  • Understanding the way assessment centers work and their significance
  • Recognising the significance of references when assessing candidates

 

Day 4. Advanced Interviewing Techniques

  • Guidelines for developing interview questions
  • Steps involved in planning and preparing for interviews
  • Exploring pre-interview administration and arrangements
  • Tactics for opening and closing interviews

Day 5. Selection and On-Boarding
