Introduction

ALARDI Africa articulates that Integrated Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Hazardous Waste Concepts involve merging quality standards with environmental protocols to minimize contamination and ensure safe waste disposal. Managing hazardous waste within a QMS focuses on identifying, segregating, and disposing of contaminants in a way that protects human health and the environment.

Training Methodology

This Integrated Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Implementing Hazardous Waste Concepts (Module I and II) Training course will combine presentations with instructor-guided interactive discussions between participants relating to their individual interests. Practical exercises, video material, and case studies aiming at stimulating these discussions and providing maximum benefit to the participants-these will support the formal presentation sessions. Further still, the course leader will make extensive use of case examples and case studies of issues in which he/she has been personally involved.
